Terms & Conditions – Trusted Apparels
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of all products listed on our website trusted-apparels.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Important Stuff
Your Status
By placing an order on trusted-apparels.com, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are accessing the site from one of the countries where we operate and shipping is available.
Please note: We reserve the right to restrict orders from certain regions.
Buyer and Seller’s Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we’ve received your request. This does not mean that your order is accepted. Your order is considered an offer to purchase. The contract between us (the “Contract”) will only be formed once we have confirmed shipment by sending a Dispatch Confirmation email.
The Contract applies only to the products confirmed in that Dispatch Confirmation. Items included in the same order but not yet dispatched will require separate confirmation.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation; if no date is specified, then within 28 days from that Dispatch Confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
You assume responsibility for the products once they are delivered to your address. Ownership transfers to you when full payment for the products (including delivery charges) has been received.
Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions or any provision in a Contract is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
Law and Jurisdiction
All Contracts for purchases, as well as disputes or claims arising from them (including non-contractual ones), will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with any documents explicitly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusted Apparels in relation to the subject matter. They replace any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Both parties acknowledge that in entering into a Contract, neither has relied on any representation not explicitly stated here. Any modifications to these terms must be confirmed in writing.
Our Right to Vary These Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on trusted-apparels.com at the time of your purchase will apply.
